    Refund and Return

    All items packed and sold as shown in the catalog unless otherwise noted. When ordering, please indicate whether you want the items with display or without. Displays are bulky, it does increase shipping cost significantly.

    Opening and reorder minimum: $100

    Backorder $50 or more stays in our system and gets shipped automatically when the items become available unless otherwise requested by the customer.

    Return policy: All items to be checked upon receiving within 2 days. We onlty accept returns with an authorization number given by Puka Creations.

    Restocking Fee: $20

    Sales Reps: We are constantly looking for Sales Reps.

    Payments: We accept all credit cards and paypal N30 terms established after a credit check.

    Shipping: Customer pays all the shipping charges.
    We ship small orders via UPS Ground.
    We use priority mail when makes sense. Generally used for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and USVI.

    Orders usually 6 plus boxes / with bulky and fragile displays, gets shipped on a pallet via trucking companies.

    We can use your UPS, Fedex account if you prefer to do so.
    Return check fee $25 plus any associated fees.
